PRODUCT INFO Prints are printed on Kodak Endura Professional Paper ( Lustre, Glossy ) or Fuji Crystal Archival Professional Paper (Deep Matte). These are the highest quality archival prints that have a longevity of 100 years in typical display conditions and 200 years in dark storage. Color Variations: Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly between different devices and setting of your devices. Prints may vary in color between printing companies and settings. Kayden Art is not responsible for such variations.

-I have many different sizes to suit your needs. Starting at 4x6 inches to as large as 24x36 inches Along with many different types of products -These are original hand, organically created images and may vary in different sizes, so you may have to resize your image to fit your frame, canvas or product you desire.

You can expect to receive your physical product within 10 working days. This product will ship after a print production time of 1-3 business days. If you purchased a digital product you will receive it the same day you purchased it.

BUYER'S USAGE The Buyer shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Buyer’s digital files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or reproduced. The redistribution of digital images is strictly prohibited. Kayden Art grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Media via print only for any non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Kayden Art. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media is provided "as is." SOCIAL MEDIA The Buyer may share, their image on a blog post social media through the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images that are posted on social media require a direct link or credit towards Kayden Art. Buyer shall not copy, download, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. Buyer also shall not crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs. This includes Facebook’s “automatic” filter or Instagram filters. If you do so, you may be subject to a $2000 fine per photo. WHAT YOU MAY DO Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes: Display on personal websites and computers Making image prints for personal use only. If you want to resell your image you must contact us to transfer the rights, which will void and cancel any of the previous owners rights of use. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO Buyer may not: Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration Use the Media in advertising Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks Make the Media available for download LICENSE All images are property of and are copyrighted by law. None of them cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Kayden Art's clear permission to do so. What you Get: You will receive One digital file for each download you purchase. A download link will be sent to your email once you have completed your purchase. Size: My Art Pieces and the Vintage Re-masted Art does not have an exact sizing, a lot of the pieces are sized and created organically, giving them their unique look. Digital Product License: Personal Use Only: The digital download is intended for personal use, not for creating items for resale or commercial purposes. Kayden Art grants you a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal use only. This means you can print the artwork for yourself or to give as a gift, but you cannot sell, share, or distribute the file to others.

Art Prints: Unfortunately, I do not accept returns due to the custom nature of the custom made product, however I strive to make sure all of my customers are happy with their art piece and will make sure your concerns are delt with in a timely manner to ensure your satisfaction. Digital Images: Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by the purchaser in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances.
